Donald Trump is a fool, but he is not free to be a dangerous fool.
Trump is “crazy”, but “I will not be the one to silence his voice”. Liberty is not something we can take in caution or in part. Although I may not like it, and I can be absolutely sure I wouldn’t support it, it is for the American people to judge him.
Ahsan Habib, who grew up a block away from mr Trump, tells the Telegraph: “He’s spreading hate.
“When he speaks these words about banning all Muslims and building walls, it breaks my heart. It breaks America.
“He’s not just harming Muslims – he’s harming Mexicans, and all Americans. Britain should be congratulated for making a stand.”
“Those that argue his words are “a joke” or “do not amount to inciting violence”, need to take a closer look at the increase in anti-Muslim hate crimes in America since his comments.
“We must confront the reality that his comments have provoked, and consider whether we want to import such hatred to this country.”
Donald Trump is the billionaire real estate mogul turned reality TV star who gloats about himself so often, he makes Floyd Mayweather look like Gandhi. Apparently some people think his frat boy swagger is exactly what America needs in a leader, causing him to think running for president is a good idea. Although not surprisingly, he rubs some people the wrong way. Here’s a list of why those folks might not be punching Trump’s name on that 2016 ballot.
Often speculated as a “rug” or “piece,” Trump’s hair has taken on a life of its own. A swirling, unnaturally orange wisp, it wraps around his whole head, plunges all the way down to his eyebrows and flips back up again. For years, scientists have been trying to sample it to study its perplexing anti-gravitational properties, but probably haven’t been able to afford the exorbitant licensing fees he demands.
His Reality Show
The Apprentice is a reality show hosted by Trump, in which contestants compete to win the prize of working for Donald Trump. Which would be like winning the lottery, only the ATM you must use for the rest of your life is a starving lion’s mouth. At the end of each episode, he and his children gleefully eliminate contestants with the creative catchphrase “You’re fired!” from behind a giant boardroom table, turning what is often the worst moment in person’s life in to primetime television fodder.
His Political Beliefs
In the years leading up to his run for president, Trump made his controversial political beliefs known to anyone who would listen. Often viewed as nothing more than a public relations stunt to promote his TV show and products, his politics are mostly just a mix of bragging about how great America used to be and bullying other countries and politicians who don’t feel the same way. Since declaring his bid for the Republican ticket, however, his views have become increasingly polarizing to the point where his business partners are starting to cut ties with him.
The Flaunting Of His Wealth
Trump never misses an opportunity to plug his casinos, luxury buildings, golf courses, TV show, various products, or net worth even in the most inappropriate times. Arguably the most egregious example being after 9/11 when he interjected himself into the controversy over the building of a mosque near ground zero, offering millions of dollars for what was essentially a bribe to keep it his preferred distance away from the site.
He Doesn’t Believe In Global Warming Because It Snows Sometimes
Never missing an opportunity to point to a thermometer below freezing, or that one time he was cold in Los Angeles, Trump feels his own personal experience with the weather is all the evidence he needs to deny global warming. Never mind the global consensus of the scientific community, Trump is backed up by secret information the general public doesn’t know about. For example, the entire concept of climate change is a conspiracy cooked up by the Chinese to “make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive,” which is an actual quote from his Twitter account.
Petition demands Donald Trump be arrested, prosecuted for ‘inciting violence’
Donald Trump should be “criminally investigated and arrested for inciting violence.” A petition posted at Presente.org also demands Trump and his campaign be investigated by Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
“Donald Trump and his presidential campaign are dangerous — particularly for Latinos, immigrants, and communities of color — and must be confronted urgently,” the group says on its website. “If Trump’s actions are left unchecked, he will continue to create a hostile and violent environment for so many of our communities.”
The petition urges Lynch and state attorneys general to “conduct a full criminal investigation of Trump’s actions and the actions of his campaign and representatives, and if the investigation shows he committed these crimes noted below, that he be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.” The petition also references the incident in which Univision’s Jorge Ramos was briefly removed from a campaign event after causing a disruption. “Recently, Trump had a prominent Latino journalist forcefully removed from a press conference for asking questions Trump didn’t like,” the petition adds. A Spanish-language audio indicates that Ramos “hunted” Trump for some time before the confrontation.
Additionally, the petition claims Trump admitted bribing “public officials from both major political parties.” According to the petition, Trump allegedly made the admission during the first GOP presidential debate.
“There have been no repercussions or criminal investigations, and this is unacceptable,” the petition says. “Trump’s hateful and possibly criminal actions are destructive to American democracy and the rule of law, and have led to acts of violence against Latinos. Billionaires and presidential candidates cannot operate above the law. You have the responsibility and authority to hold Trump accountable.”
On Wednesday, a Trump rally in Richmond, Virginia, turned violent after immigration activists began heckling the candidate. Trump supporters responded angrily and according to reports, shoved the activists and grabbed their signs. According to other reports, activists wearing profane anti-Trump shirts got violent with Trump supporters before being removed by state police.
Nevertheless, the Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft said, “CNN blamed conservatives and even reported that a Trump supporter spit on an activist.” The Huffington Post issued the same report and said a Trump supporter “shouted expletives” in one activist’s face.
